Checklist of what you need to send us:

• Your completed and signed application form
• Your deposit cheque or bank transfer proof of payment

Additional Information:

1. Please write your name address on the back of your deposit cheque
2. Please note that the FULL BALANCE must be paid 12 weeks prior to your departure date
3. You are welcome to pay your balance in instalments prior to your full payment due date
4. Please note that flights and travel insurance are not included in the Gap Year South Africa price

What Next:

1. Once we have received both your completed application form and deposit cheque or bank transfer proof of payment, we will contact you by phone at a suitable time to ensure that your chosen project is right for you.
2. Within 14 working days of receiving your application form and deposit we will offer you a place on your chosen project.
3. If you complete the application form online, we will send you a hard copy of our application form as well as our terms and conditions for you to sign, complete and return to us.
4. If we are unable to offer you your desired place we will refund your deposit in full.
5. Your deposit will be deducted from your overall project fee.
6. Once you have been allocated a place, we will send you our extremely informative Pre-Departure Pack via email or post.
